Using Looker BI Dashboards

Q: How do I navigate the Looker BI dashboard?

A: The dashboard typically consists of various tiles and visualizations. You can use the navigation pane to switch between different dashboards and click on individual tiles to drill down into more detailed data.

Quick tip for Maps: You can see green highlights on the map, and you can zoom in to view specific regions. This allows you to narrow down the data to specific subsets of interest.

Please note that Maps shows "Get Care Now" scheduled appointments for a particular zip code.

Q: How do I filter data on my dashboard?

A: Use the filter options available on the dashboard to select specific criteria, such as date ranges, regions, or product categories. This allows you to narrow down the data to specific subsets of interest. Click update after filter options changed to see updated data.

Q: Can I export data from Looker BI?

A: Yes, you can export data and reports from Looker BI in various formats, such as CSV, Excel, or PDF, depending on your needs.

A: You can submit requests to BI team at Steer-BI@steerhealth.io

A: Yes, Looker allows you to schedule reports to be sent to your email or to other users at regular intervals. You can set the frequency and format for these scheduled reports.
